1. Eligibility for Returns

Coverage

TheNextGen, as the official authorized partner and distributor of VEX Robotics products in Iraq, warrants that products purchased directly from TheNextGen are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who can provide a valid proof of purchase from TheNextGen.

What’s Included

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Faulty components.
  • This warranty covers normal use as described in the product documentation and within the limits as specified in any applicable product data sheets. 

What’s Not Covered

  • This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
    • Abuse, misuse, theft, or accidental damage
    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks, etc.)
    • Power surges, static electricity, or weather-related damage
    • Modifications, tampering, or improper wiring
    • Improper application, installation, or maintenance
    • Damage from shipping after purchase
    • Participation in robotics competitions or related practice
    • Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation
  • Specific examples not covered include:
    • Reverse or improper voltage application
    • Improper charging or storage of batteries
    • Connector or port damage
